理工楼#408作为电子信息综合开放性实验室，主要面向电子工程、通信工程、自动化、光电工程、计算机等专业的学生，最多可以容纳35位学生。该实验室目前配有10台苹果一体机，以及数十套模拟示波器、信号源、电压源等仪器。实验室装有先进的门禁刷卡系统和清晰的视频监控系统，保证有权限、有需求的学生可以自由进出该实验室，同时可以规范学生在实验室的言行举止，分清相关责任。

    Polytechnic House # 408 is an electronic information open laboratory, which applied mainly for the following modules’students: Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automation Engineering, Optical Engineering, and Computing. This lab can accommodate up to 35 students. There are 10 sets of All-in-One APPLE IMAC in this lab, with dozens of sets of analog oscilloscopes, signal source, a voltage source and other equipment. This lab is equipped with advanced access card system and good quality video surveillance system, which is order to ensure students can access freely with the access permission. Moreover, these systems can regulate students’ demeanor, and distinguish relevant responsibilities in the lab.
